This coin is somewhere between Ohio and Florida...on it's way to me. This isn't really my series, but I needed a nice looking circ. coin for my Type album. What is the proper grade for this one?

I remember seeing this on ebay, the seller listed it as AU. I like the look of it and personally think it makes XF-40. There is a lot of very strong detail remaining, and most of the head detail too.

It looks AU to me, close to AU53.

Close to AU, but I will say EF-45 due to lack of luster and a bit too much wear on the eagle's body.
