On its own this coin would barely make G4 and hence have a value of around $1 It however has a huge partially detached lamination on the REV.

Does this do anything for its value or is it still a junk coin ?

Situational. There's undoubtedly someone out there who likes laminations enough (and this is a big 'un) to give you $5 for it.

I would like it other than the reverse scratches. If not for that, I'd pay $5-$10, but I love errors and that's one massive lamination!

With such a massive lamination at the reverse, that coin becomes collectible to those who collect laminated coins.
