FR02 One of the markers for Fair "Date will be unreadable." That being the case, this coin has to grade Fair as there's so many different opinions on what the date is. My personal opinion is that it's a 31 but I can understand the 21 replies, the 51 reply, and.... the 81. Report this Post to the Staff
