jmkendall Pillar of the Community United States 1590 Posts	Posted 07/17/2011 01:45 am Are those marks on the plastic or the coin? If the plastic...then a shot at MS 65. It is just not sharp enough to see if there are any light bag marks on the prime focal areas. My understanding is that a 63 is your average coin with an allowence for bag marks and eye appeal. This coin definately has more than average eye appeal. So; barring something we can't make out on this pic...MS64/65. Lol. Report this Post to the Staff
