That's what I thought too, which is a pity as this books at $1.00 in F but $25.00 in VF.

I would consider this just a Fine, more likely a VG. A lot of wear, somewhat uneven especially on the reverse. As to the pricing, coins that grade between F and VF will have an appropriate level of pricing between the Fine price and VF price. But not in this case.
