Same coin with overlay.
This coin has Nagari legned above the horseman on rev. On the obverse, "as sultan al azam Razia is seen stuck in a crude style.

Another addition, of Nasir ud din Mahmud.

Obv: "al sultan al azam Nazir al dunya wa aldin"

Rev: Horseman facing right with bilingual legend, "Mahmud" above horseman in persoarabic and "sri hamir" in front of the horseman in nagari scripts.

Your inference is correct. It is a copper "pika" coin of Jalal ud din Firoz alias Jalal ud din Khilji. (D 202 of Goron & Goenka).

Your coin looks like having a silver colour in the pic. It is either a photographic artifact or someone must have coated it silver. If it is really billon, it seems unlisted in G&G!!

The obverse is the second image. It reads "Jalal ud dunya wa al din" in Persian script. Obverse reads "as sultan al azam" enclosed in a linear inner and a dotted outer circles.
It is worth noting one peculiarity of "sultan". The part "su" of the legend is shortened to a short horizontal line between the two "lam"s. This is a peculiarity that often was the practice in Delhi issues. This is a very important sign that we can use to differentiate Delhi issues mainly from very similar issues of Madurai sultanate.
