If the Albums are new, I suggest you follow the advice from Hondo.
If they're used, try this: Cut out some 2-3mm narrow strips of fairly good paper, say about 1½ times the diameter of the coin hole, lay it across the middle of the hole, push the coin in and then carefully remove excess paper. If the coin is still loose, try wider strips, or slightly thicker paper. Not guaranteed to work, but worth a try. You need to make sure the paper will be safe to come in contact with the underside of the coin without causing any problems though.
I had a new folder for Pres Dollars (can't remember the brand), and every time I opened it, coins were falling out everywhere, so I took them all out and put them in 2x2's and into pocket pages. I have since bought a Whitman Classic Pres Dollar Album that has the double sided plastic inserts and plan on transferring them into it.
I can't find the first folder, so I can only guess that I was so disgruntled with it that I consigned it to the rubbish bin. As I got it from the US, I didn't want to spend any more money on returning it for an exchange, when a replacement could potentially have exactly the same problem. I just decided to cut my losses and be finished with it.
My Whitman Jefferson Folders have a similar problem, but it's nowhere near as bad as the Dollar one was.
