I have a couple of 1859's the first I think is a tripled 9 but I'm not sure.

The second appears to be a W9/8. but the 5 looks doubled also. or is it a scratch?

The second one is a 9/8 and the 5 is doubled. Not sure about the first one. There is more wear on it for me to give you a definitive answer from a pic

Exactly like Dan said the first is hard to see in the pic.
Have you got the 2011 Charlton guide it has awsome pics and a ton of the Victorian pennies.There are great pics of some triple stuck 1859 along with pages of other examples. I was pleased.

No but myself, bosox from this site, and a couple of others did the large cent variety section for Charltons
