Just pulled this one out of a roll and couldn't believe it was a '38. Grade? Report this Post to the Staff

I can tell you from experience that I have never pulled a 38 that looked anything like a 39. For some reason 39's tend to wear a lot more than the 38's. At least that's what I've found.
