Hey everyone I just wanted to check on the MM on this 1996 LMC to see if it was something or not ,I am pushing to MD but not sure ,

If your thinking RPM that would not be possible because they stopped hand punching MM in 1990. If your thinking doubled die then there would be doubling elsewhere on the coin like the 1995-D DDO. On the photo you posted I see a normal coin.IMHO,
