Does anyone else in here think that acetone would take care of the stuff on the reverse? The material under C and E of CENT almost looks sticky.

Nice coin Dave! Looks to be VF35 anyway. Great conditional rarity, Congrats. I like the clean "L" on the ribbon. What are you thinking on it?

Just another confirmation of the pack.
VF-25 And I would not be adverse to a soak in Acetone. It may clean up well. Otherwise - definite keeper

Thanks. I was thinking along the lines of VF25 too! I just might try an acetone dip. The date has a little grime too...not bad though ;)
