Looks VF-30 or so, with nice original color and a few minor marks. It would make an attractive example for a circulated type set.

I'd say VF-35+, so borderline XF.

Second, that is a NICE Quarter! Easily VF-30, possibly higher. Strong LIBERTY! Looks like an older cleaning, evident particularly on the obverse.
