Very Nice. That had to be a great feeling finding that. One day about two or three years ago I walked into the bank and sitting right there in a teller tray was a Franklin half dollar. I couldn't believe my eyes. I considered it an ultra rare find. |

Great find! Glad it wound up with someone who appreciates it.
I have a couple of pages in a binder that I call my fun pages where I put any unusual or offbeat coins I find (counterstamped, plated coins, ect.) That's where I put any silver found in circulation so they can spend the rest of their days in a well deserved and appreciated retirement. They are few and very far between, believe me.
