So would these programs be simultaneous with the ATB round 2 program (assuming it happens)?

I think the deadline has passed as well. Maybe they realized the ATB Quarters aren't the wild success the State Quarters were so they aren't repeating the ATB and now they are casting about for something else that will be a "wild success".

Quote: issued beginning in 2010, so the 9 year period ended sometime in 2018 When starting in 2010, the end of a one year period would be 2011. Therefore, the end of a nine year period would be 2019. This year.  The first quarter was issued April 19, 2010, so the end of that nine year period would have been April 19, 2019. Long to the short, we missed it.
