So would these programs be simultaneous with the ATB round 2 program (assuming it happens)? Edited by CelticKnot

I think the deadline has passed as well. Maybe they realized the ATB Quarters aren't the wild success the State Quarters were so they aren't repeating the ATB and now they are casting about for something else that will be a "wild success". |

This year.  The first quarter was issued April 19, 2010, so the end of that nine year period would have been April 19, 2019. Long to the short, we missed it. |
