So would these programs be simultaneous with the ATB round 2 program (assuming it happens)?

I believe the deadline for the Secretary to authorize that has passed and therefore would not happen without congressional approval.

I think the deadline has passed as well. Maybe they realized the ATB Quarters aren't the wild success the State Quarters were so they aren't repeating the ATB and now they are casting about for something else that will be a "wild success".

When starting in 2010, the end of a one year period would be 2011. Therefore, the end of a nine year period would be 2019. This year.

The first quarter was issued April 19, 2010, so the end of that nine year period would have been April 19, 2019.
