NumisEd, I was looking at the Numista page for this coin and the following auction showed to the right: 376568846823

I'm thinking AU for the grade. Nice coin.

This one looks to me nicely struck. I think it can be in mint state. The brazilian commemoratives of this time were big issues and not struck with any extra care.

Yow, that one on ebay went for far more than I thought!

That was an extremely exaggerated price.

That's a really nice one, NumisEd. Not much (if any) wear on the high points, and no dings. Is that a clash on the reverse?

What do you think of the price?

Still think it expensive but outside Brazil it may be hard to find cheaper. I see no wear. May have been in pvc, then acetone may give it back the shiny look.

Boardwalk is pretty good about accepting offers if they're not total lowballs.

I got the coin for $16 all in. Let's see what it looks like in-hand.
