Another Brazil, 300 Reis coin. Carlos Gomes commemorative.
I think this one has slightly less wear than the first coin I posted about. The weak strike does seem to be endemic to this type.

AU range? Possibly low MS. I think I see slight staining on BR and the left side of the harp. But still a very nice coin.

NumisEd, I was looking at the Numista page for this coin and the following auction showed to the right: 376568846823

This one looks to me nicely struck. I think it can be in mint state.
The brazilian commemoratives of this time were big issues and not struck with any extra care.

That was an extremely exaggerated price.

That's a really nice one, NumisEd. Not much (if any) wear on the high points, and no dings. Is that a clash on the reverse?

Still think it expensive but outside Brazil it may be hard to find cheaper. I see no wear. May have been in pvc, then acetone may give it back the shiny look.

Boardwalk is pretty good about accepting offers if they're not total lowballs.
