I'm out of world notes to contribute, but I'll throw in this U.S. note - a 1907 series $10 Gold Certificate, Friedberg #1169. This note resides in a PMG 53EPQ holder.

SchwarzerEinser, nice 20 and 50 mark notes. I collect German notes and haven't got too many prior to 1920, but I'll be looking.

Looks like Caietan posted a 1906 in the Second Edition. It was the only entry for that year.
