I saw that. It said something about it Native American and Innovation dollars being available for that program sometime, I believe. They gonna make those for circulation?

Just get rid of the dollar bill already and let those coins flow freely into the market.

Found a 2026 p and d mayflower quarter in my candy machine last week and found a 2026d dime a few weeks ago in my pocket. Seems to take a long time to circulate. My bank told me they don't control what is sent to them and had no 2026 anything available.

Finally! I found a 1776-2026P dime in change from a 7-11. The only SemiQ coin I've found in the wild. The hunt continues

Received a 2026 D Mayflower quarter in change yesterday at a grocery store. . .first 2026 item I've seen in commerce:

We've reached the eighth month of the year here in western MA and I still have not found any 2026 coins in change. I pay in cash whenever possible, just so I can get change to search.
I asked at my bank, and they said that they've received similar questions from other coin collectors, but they're at the mercy of whatever it is they receive. They have not received any 2026 coinage.
Interestingly enough, lately I have received several bicentennial quarters in change. And the other day at my LCS, he gave me a bicentennial half in change. I think he was just trying to rub it in.

I talked to the manager at the local Prefered Credit Union Saturday and she said they would only get the new coins if they requested them. According to her, she said they normally just request the same lines/order number for their bi-weekly shipment. Said she never thought about it to request the new coins when ordering since they aren't in the collecting of coins and don't have many members asking. Not sure if that also applies to a standard bank? &
