1975 No VDB Penny !

Dear Friends, as a Treasure Hunter for Linclon Pennys I recenly heard about this Penny via site.It was listed in the UNKOWN,Numbers found area.It intrigued me a lot.I kept my eye out for any and did find some 1975's first with extremly Dull VDB marking.Then...just today I found it,no VDB.The area is totally clean not even a spot or dull spots,just a clean slate in that area!Has anyone found any?
How rare is it....?
What would be its value to collectors?
The 1975 Penny I found is MS-RED around 62-65 Grade.
Appreciate any help and Advise or LINK's that show more about this

I have not heard of this one but it sounds like it is either a Grease Filled Die or an over abraded die. Neither in my opinion are worth a premium in this case. I do know there is a 1989 LMC like what you described.

The 1989's were popular back in the day...but now I don't hear much about these no vdb's.

It's part of the design, just not visable on your coin. Wasn't forgotten. Either grease filled or worn from the die.
