coinguybrian Rest in Peace United States 5375 Posts	Posted 02/14/2012 11:33 am It's not THAT weakly struck in my opinion. Seems within normal range. Surfaces look 65, maybe 64 if there are marks that aren't showing up in the photos. Slightly proof like. Report this Post to the Staff
