Got this at the bank today. Probably not worth a premium, but thought I'd check to make sure.

There are some variety collectors out there. I don't see very many of those bills.
Since your bill seems to be in Uncirulated condition, I'd hold on to it until I couldn't or it just loses my interest..

I guess it's different being that the number did not get any ink but for me it's not that big a deal.

The real odd thing for me is that your from Canada and it's a 2009 series $ 5.00.
I'm in the eastern part of the good old USA and I cant seem to find any of the
$ 5.00 or $ 50.00 series 2009 in my part of the world.

Alright, I will hold on to it.
Actually, I got it from a bank in Ecuador, they seem to have many series 2009 here, which ones do you get in the eastern USA ?

Baanos,
The only 2009 notes I've found so far are 1.00 DC & FW, 10.00 FW no DC's, 20.00 DC & FW, no 5.00 or 50.00's, and I guess the 100.00 still haven't been released yet.

I see them on e bay but none of the three banks I deal with have gotten them. I just think it odd that places outside the US have them and I cant find them on the East Coast.
