I am seeking advice on the above coin. I understand the value is reasonably high, and was considering selling it.

I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction in terms of a possible sale?

The coin has been copied in the past and so a photo would be helpful to authenticate the piece as well.

It is a scarce coin but not a really rare one. I would guess in an average grade for gold an original might be worth $1000 perhaps $1500. High grades go far higher.

Apologies for such a lengthy pause in replying!

Here are some pictures of the coin. I was thinking of taking it to a coin fare in July of this year to see if anyone was interested. I did receive an offer of £1400 on another forum, but was unsure about proceeding with something like this over the internet and post.
