Hi All, I am wondering if you know the value of a sealed mint bag of 4,000 Massachusetts State Quarters. I also have a 2001-P bag of $1,000 face value from Virgina & North Carolina. Thanks for any info you can provide!

Have you checked ebay and dealers for prices? I wouldn't have the slightest idea what kind of premium you could get.

I saved a P&D roll of each the 50 States and Territories, and sometimes I wonder if they will be worth anything above face. I'm probably one of a few million who did the same thing.
