its a great looking coin you own and certainly better than what resides in my type set
i think there is a bit of strike weakness on the reverse relief in some spots so that might hold it back on you
keep this is mind: the 1937-D is common nickel and not worth chancing to send off in hopes of a 62 or 63 because although free/no cost to you, at $17 to $22 for a slab as your cost, that's all the money your going to get on your best auction day for MS62/63
there's a price jump to a $40 coin at 64 and $45 at 65 but the pop counts are tremendous on those and overall the rarity rating on this coin is not aggressive.
I would save the money on the slab on this one and keep it housed raw in your type collection
use that $22 and grab a new coin!
