I went out bout a week ago first time this year. I bought a new metal detector for my last one just died on me. Well to my surprise I didnt find a single coin. I even hit everywhere there was a possibility for coins to be. Well to make a long story short I found odd finds but definitely wasnt complaining for I'm the artifact kinda guy over coins. Well the first pic is a copper ashtray. At first I thought it was one of them cheap tin ones then I realized it was copper. I was happy for it put it at an older date than 1990s . Well the second pic is a tire pressure gauge from 1923. I thought this was really cool for most cars back then were hard tires. Well enjoy.

I like em both but especially the pressure gauge.
1923 was the patent date. They were used for many years after that but not a ton more. It's in nice shape. A collectible piece.
