I like to use Sheldon for MS+ coins, better than adjectival grading. Coupla small nicks and stains, and edge bumps, Beard and moustache sharp, orb on crown intact, so I will say MS62. Those dots on the inner circle are often weakly struck, for a number of reasons. The stains hold it back from a higher grade. Nice coin.
