pishpash Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 3626 Posts	Posted 06/29/2013 5:42 pm I have a coin which is about 25mm and covered in what appears to be roman concrete. The reverse is probably the godess with bull and lion, I can make out the letters which are P M S COL VIM,( Goddess standing, bull and lion at sides). The obverse is even worse and someone who had it before me has "had a go at cleaning" and left it in a mess. I can't read any letters yet, the bust is facing right and appears to be wearing a shawl/blanket (I don't know the correct terminology. No photos available at this time. Old software doesn't work with Windows 8 and can't make photos small enough to pose. Anybody point me in the right direction? Report this Post to the Staff
