silverdollar Valued Member 110 Posts	Posted 07/13/2013 07:42 am personally I prefer the grading opinions of ICCS but I think that they are losing business because of their flimsy poor designed coin flaps that aren't good for long term housing of any thing bigger than a quarter. please post your opinion ICCS vs. pcgs and other slabbing companies. Nathancrh1 Pillar of the Community Canada 785 Posts	Posted 07/13/2013 08:00 am Usually if I have a coin that I want a TPG opinion on, then I will sent it to ICCS. But if the coin is very rare and expensive, I would rather have PCGS slab it. As You said it is better for long term storage but when sending coins into PCGS, it dosen't take long for things to get pricey. Although I still trust the grading options of both TPG's, PCGS is number one on my list. Report this Post to the Staff

Nathancrh1 Pillar of the Community Canada 785 Posts	Posted 07/13/2013 09:36 am I would probably not get this one cross graded by PCGS. But then again wouldn't want to keep it in a ICCS flip. To be honest I would take out any large dollar and if its not worthwhile sending it into PCGS then I would put it in a 2x2 or airtight. Both of witch will keep it safer and are easier to store.
