It may have been lightly cleaned a very long time ago, but if that is the case, it has toned very nicely since. Small stain on the 'T'. Sometimes, it is hard to show radial mint lustre in a picture, it needs to be moved in hand to prove. In the picture, some lustre at least seems to be present. Perhaps a little weakly struck on the lower half of the reverse; I do not think that it is wear on the high points of the ribbon. MS65 RB Report this Post to the Staff
