panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18630 Posts	Posted 11/10/2013 4:25 pm this looks like a weak strike and not all you see is from circulation wear. this is a little odd for 38's as in general they are strong strikes. looks VF25 to me, however, the digs most likely would pull a details grade.
