I felt this quarter before I saw it.
It doesn't have a reeded edge, it feels slightly thicker and the facing where it should be smooth is.. crinkly.
Does anyone know what would cause this?
Is it a minting error, being used in a slot machine too much, or heat? I really have no idea but I'm curious.
