This one isn't like the other greasers I've seen. At first I thought someone buffed the obverse. But I would expect it to be shinier. And the reverse is affected, but not as drastically. Weak strike? Looks like Lincoln's ghost!

Looks like it was Struck Through Grease - a nice piece there.

It was Struck Through Grease, a weak strike would also have weak rims.

If it were PMD, the rims would be the same height as the fields and the plating would be missing. It is a struck through error.
