santafeboy Pillar of the Community United States 593 Posts	Posted 08/10/2014 9:59 pm I haven't been detecting much recently due to too many other things to do , Today I returned for a few hours of detecting finding around $5 in change , however the highlight was in a school wood chip playground I got a signal and to my surprise found a 1949 D Roosevelt in Fine condition YES !! At the school near me, they recently took up the top layer of grass and soil to put down new sod, and I was able to find almost 10 in face value silver. I have never been able to figure out why some of it goes down deeper than others! Report this Post to the Staff
