The 1933 eagle is an incredibly scarce coin, so I severely doubt the authenticity of this piece.

If you want a 1933 gold Eagle, then get this one.
Almost impossible to obtain a genuine example, at any price.

Even if we didn't already know this coin was impossible, the overall mushiness of the "strike" is a dead giveaway. I sincerely hope you didn't spend money on this.

The 1933 st. Gaudens $20 gets so much attention that people forget to realize that the 1933 Indian head $10 is also very scarce. This one is unfortunately a fake. The rough look of the coin is a dead giveaway.
