Took a little bit of a risk on this one. Kept asking for more pictures and better quality, but he only provided out of focus obverse photos and from terrible angles. This, suprisingly, is the best one he came up with:

Avoid buying it from a photo like this.

Of course, I usually do, but there is a 14 day return policy and it was only $35. I figured if its a fake or something I can always just return it.

For 35 bucks I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Looks to be mid range VF but I'm on my phone right now so it's hard to tell.

For $35 you got a fair deal. The detail is close to XF, VF+ anyway and the light cleaning is not a big distraction. I would put a retail value of $50 to $60 on the that piece.

JR-9, I think. Is that the greenish tint of PVC plasticizer contamination I see on the obverse?
