Hello coin community!
Recently bought this at auction, where it was sold as "Roman Arrowhead". I don't think it's roman, but rather parthian. Unfortunetly, I'm basing my conclusions on very little. Can anyone shine some light on this? What's it rarety/value etc?

Weight: 32g Length: 74mm/7.4cm Material: Bronze Origin:?

Thanks!

Here's a cut-and-paste of my reply in the Identification thread:

Not Roman nor Parthian, in my opinion (although I can see why you might think it's Parthian). I think it may be Chinese. See these for comparison:

Any opinions on authenticity? The seller seemed quite legitimate...

Found this similar arrowhead: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Asian-Bronz...180964326518

I always enjoy your responses, Bob L, as you usually supply such wonderful information. I would tend towards the Chinese, too. The butt is different from any of the Roman's I've seen.

While we do enjoy seeing ancient artifacts keep in mind that this is an Ancient Coin site and you might be better off posting this at a forum that is more knowledgeable in this area.
