I would agree w/possibly dipped. Does not appear to be mechanically cleaned. Does this picture below change your grade? (bottom right) Showed the coin to 3 other Morgan folks, including a 30+ year dealer, and got XF45/XF45/AU50 with no prompting on my part. I put it in the Dansco, and it's recorded as a 45 for now.
