Honestly, I was leaning(in USA grading standards) towards VF20-25 Reverse and a VF35 Obverse (maybe even EF40 given how the hair seems more nicely-defined than most VFs I have seen). Fortunately, it's the obverse that's the better side, so the question becomes whether the grader goes with that, or assigns a composite grade that drags it down ovwrall.
