Was buying some coins from this buyer and I am across this coin. I a goig to guess that it is fake? I have never seen a Barber quarter facing left

Mismatched pictures - the obverse is a picture of a Liberty V nickel and the reverse is a picture of a Barber quarter.

1. It is not a quarter.
2. It could not have a mint mark of "D" until 1912.

Probably a mismatched pic as mentioned above. Or, extreme ignorance.
