I would like to know if this is a real coin and what is its sale/resale value.

It looks like a mint coin, 5$ Indian Head gold coin with the C/O and all. Help me determine if is a real deal.

Thank you

GG

It says "copy" under UNUM on the reverse, and the CoA also says "clad bronze".

It is NOT a real coin. It says copy below e pluribus unum. Ah beat to the punch.

Sale value: about $0.05, sale value: about $0.05 (bronze melt value). The box is worth more than the coin, the certificate is worthless.

"Do not buy".

How much were they asking for this coin? That is a strong hint the coin is not real plus it says the coin is not real as in "Bronze clad". There were no proofs of the 1929 $5 Indian Head coin. If there were it would probably cost $100,000 or more since MS63 is about $50,000. Given fact you were tempted to buy this fake I think you need help with buying coins.
Rest in Peace

It is a reproduction by a private minting company. Not likely worth what they are asking for it and minimal to zero resale value.

Yeah, how much was it.
Even though it has little value, it is still cool!

For $1300 you can get a very nice authentic gold coin, buy one from a respected coin dealer in a NGC or PCGS holder.

Was this a troll post? Was OP seriously considering buying a "coin" that had copy stamped on it with clear warnings that it was just a gold plated clad medal?
