A picture of the obverse would help. If it were PMD, a dent that large would probably be raised on the obverse.

It's PMD, the 5 is damaged and sharply above the field.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I can say the Obverse has no sign of dents, but I'll run a picture anyways
