Nice incomplete planchet. (double clip with weak rim opposite the clipped area from a upset lack of raising the rim)

No, clips aren't that common in circulation, too bad date was clipped, those with at least last two digits command a premium on resale. Not sure if that's a part-start of a clip at 5 o'clock, where the coin was bouncing around and knocked by the downward plunging of die. Nice clip, called a 30% clip!
w/ coop, double clip, can see it on reverse opposite the t o'clock knick!

Double clip, and nice Blakesley effect opposite the main clip!

Absolutely no value. You better send it to me for disposal. (Like crazy says, there's a market for these types of errors, but ones with discernible dates fetch more of a premium.)
