Looks like a few small marks above liberty so I'll say MS64. Great coin

1964S - All the dealers at the show use CDN gray sheets. I usually get them in those price ranges. My advantage is they are very busy at the booths, and sometimes they under-grade........ and when they do, I'm all over the coin because there's HUGE leaps in the high MS grades. I believed him to under-grade this coin/price, I was very excited!

Now that's a nice Wheat cent.

I don't see any reason why this coin should grade any lower than MS-65 RD. I do wonder why this coin didn't tone at all when other cents in the same album have all that interesting color. Maybe it was a later addition to the album?
