Looks like a low Very Fine, from the photos. Value about $15. As you can see, it's a grade higher than the 1000 Af note you put up yesterday.

You can find some grading specifications at https://www.theibns.org/joomla/inde...=4&Itemid=25

Just go the International Bank Note Society website, click on Articles, and go to the grading standards.
