I don't know if it's silver or not
The weight is 20.7 grams
Size about 3cm

That's much too large, even for a tetradrachm of this general type. The coin seems to reference a much smaller didrachm, with E in right reverse field, like these:

The incorrect size, in conjunction with the possibly wrong metal (it should be good quality silver), lead me to think it's a tourist fake. However, this is not my collecting area...

Ateyat;

Right away I thought the incrustation is somehow applied. A rule of ancient coins is there would be a hint of lettering and you expect ΡOΔION along the top. So someone obviously intended to make a Rhodes coin to deceive. If you ever find a real one you can expect a small fortune for it of course.

My first impression was that it didn't look right, the size and weight confirms it.
