For some reason I find George V hard to grade
but I will give it a go and say VF30

VF-30/35 sounds about right.

From the crown and shoulder/collar alone, a VF-20

Whoops ... old fat fingers hit the wrong key! My post should have read VF-30 (typo), but I don't think any higher

I wouldn't argue with 40, but it does look soft.

I say VF30
Almost EF40, but like Coinfrog said, too soft looking. Not sharp enough.
