1983 Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ?

HBE1984 New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 07/30/2019 9:07 pm Hi everyone. Came across another coin today that I think might be a possible DDR. I did a little research into it knowing that 1983 has a well known DDR variety, this is definitely not that, I don't think. From what I looked at I think it might possibly be a DDR-002. Or if its possible inbetween 001 and 002. I notice it mostly on "ONE CENT" but also a little bit in "UNITED" and the first "S" in "STATES". Penny isn't in the best condition, but not the worst either. Let me know what you think. Thank you. Report this Post to the Staff

A Doubled Die will actually increase the size of the devices, not reduce them. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff
