Yes interesting to be sure, but not a Cud as it doesn't involve the rim. Much more likely is a linear plating bubble. You could confirm by trying to depress with a wooden toothpick.

Just a Linear Plating Bubble. Common on the cheaply made Copper plated Zinc planchets.
