Another Strange Ebay Offering - Coin Community Forum

I sent a message saying, respectfully, why is this listed as a 5 figure coin when its not even a 2k coin. The seller got back to me showing me a few random links from Walmart and other outlets selling 1911D coins. Then he said that he can do $8000 if I buy it. I see he now reduced the price to make it an 8k dollar coin. LOL. Now look at his images of the coin when you scroll down. It sold on ebay about 3 months ago for less than $350. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!! Could certainly be trying to fish as well but generally fishing doesn't occur with graded coins like that Report this Post to the Staff
