I got a huge lot of coins and found this in it (follow links below. I have no experience in these kinds of things so I have no idea about if its old if so what age or if its even worth anything but. I searched the writing on the coin seems the church is in Belgium and has been there a long time. The medal looks hand made and if you look at the ring at the top it is only bent into a circle not melted together or anything like that. Here is what the coin says...

Church Side - Below church, "Chapelle De Tancremont"
Cross Side - Left of Cross, "Christ De" Right of cross "Tancremont"
The medal is smaller then a US Penny

Below are the 3 pictures. Any info you may have on this item would be most appreciated, If I cant find any info on it I am sure ill just post it on ebay and see what it goes for.

Sorry for the bad pictures....

Not a coin but a necklace or bracelet pendant I think. Tancremont is a place near Pepinster (in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium), and while the chapel is not that old - built in 1895 - the cross sure is. A farmer found it in the 19c; it was probably hidden to protect it from being damaged or destroyed during the French revolution. The crucifix is Romanesque, maybe 11c ...

See http://www.tancremont.be/ (Click on "Historique" to learn more (in French) about the history of the cross, and on "Galerie" to view some images.)

So the medallion is a religious souvenir from the 20c. Don't think you will get much for it, unless somebody has a specific interest and/or the piece is silver.
